What is the rationale behind the fact that Munggo is predominantly served in restaurants and carinderias during Fridays? Is this a superstitious belief among Filipinos? Or just plain tradition or practice?

delrene I agree with TheAdvocate.. sometimes, instead of monggo they'll prepare pinakbet or diningding.. besides, it is nutritious and yummy..

delrene I think so too. But in our generation there's no right or wrong. Most of the time it's like "Right or wrong if it'll be the best for me then so be it". Sadly Most of us think in that manner.
