desibits Yes, I have also my own coffee mug at the office.I never use the office's coffee mug because it not washed properly.They just dipped into the water and taken it out without proper wash.But you should clean your coffee mug everyday with soap.Health is precious...

desibits I my view, various weight loss program are wasting of time. They just reduce kg of weight.I you daughter want to remove huge weight then she should be use natural way.Maintain proper balance diet.
