dian21 Yes, it's really hard to raise up kids. In my case, I still have one only. What more if there will be more than one. I understand your mom too. It's really important that mommy knows what to do or to give their kid when they show tantrums.

dian21 For me spanking very lightly a toddler to acceptable areas sometimes is fine, but not always, and explain to her why I did that afterwards. After I did that to her, I will say and make her feel that I love her. It's just that mommy also loses patience...

dian21 you're right Sviswan. Consistency is very important with whatever is wrong and right. At her age now, she's just so mischievous that she can even hurt herself and others as well. I also try talking to her in a serious manner as if like she understands...

dian21 yes. because I can see many old ones who are just alone in the house, who doesn't have a caregiver or helper with them. Their families are busy with their own lives that would just leave them alone. So for me, it is much better for them to be with people...

I love eating mashed potato, especially the from Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). I like putting a lot of gravy into it also. I tried making my own mashed potato and gravy, but I just can not perfect the taste and also the gravy....

dian21 I haven't tried putting cream yet in my mashed potato, I just use milk, butter, salt and pepper. But I will try to use cream next time. While I still can't perfect my gravy, I will just buy instant gravy in the market. thanks.

dian21 You know, I am not really good in cooking. But I just really love mashed potato that's why I was just trying to copy the taste of KFC's mashed potato and their gravy, so that I don't have to buy there always, but apparently, I can't. ButI'll try making gravy...

dian21 thanks for the information. Sometimes I add some milk in mashed potato and also butter, pepper and salt. But I don't know why I am not satisfied with what I do. Especially with the gravy that I make on my own. I'll better try the ones in the stores.
