diannelee89 What kind of fruits could sustain your needs given that you're working 9 hours a night - yes, I work at night shifts - and six days a week? Banana is alkaline, so my guess is that it's one of those fruits who could. What else do you recommend?

diannelee89 I understand where you are coming from. However, skinny people and those who are obese are not exactly different. Both are unhealthy parties. Both should find a way to be average. There are so many ways on how to add pounds. It's easier than losing them....

diannelee89 I guess it really depends on the type of work you have. If your clients do not allow it, perhaps they do not work well with those who work from home compared to those who work in the office where all the resources and help are present.
