What are your views on capital punishment? Do you agree that once someone is "guilty" of a crime he/she should be condemed to this? I think i agree if and only if the person is guilty of murder..

I like that show, stars Jennifer Love Hewitt, a girl who helps ghosts to come "to the light".. Or in laymans terms, to "rest". It was really nice, it has drama, and mystery, and comedy too.. Anyone here familiar with it?
