How much time that you spend for sleep everyday?

I used 8 hours for sleep and I feel fresher when I wake up to start the day. Do you agree if sleep too much make your body not healthy?

didiet everyday i took 4-5 hours to sleep. but when holiday i get sleep for 6-7hours.

didiet I prefer high salary with plesant environment^_^. If our company combine two of that criteria, i believe its such a big company with a good management. So the employee will do much and much better job.
