dimsumz Hi jazzsue58, No the site was legit, and the notification was also. Fortunately It wasn't too hard to resolve, all you need to do is upload your identity and paypal will believe it is your account.

dimsumz Hi genius277, Oh it's real all right. But paypal showed it's credibility by showing a complete step to resolve the issue. And after I uploaded my national identity card, everything was back to normal. :)

dimsumz Hi redberry and jazzsue58, I don't think it was a spam because the notification displayed AFTER I logged in to my account. If it were by email, I would also think the same. Doesn't matter now cause it has been restored yesterday. :)
