Every day we are having vegetables in one of these ways,by raw, cooked, frozen, canned or dried.why cant we have 2-3 cups of vegetable juice instead of taking it as whole?Is their any risk in that?

dinkan53 I heard that if vegetables are taken by juice we are not going to get any fibers,nad if fibers are not there in our diet it leads to high cholesterol, constipation, high blood sugar and weight gain!

dinkan53 You know, excessive heat from the dryer causes alot of damage to all type of clothes.If you take enough time and care to hand wash your clothes its going to last for a long.It takes time, but will save you money in the long run.

dinkan53 washing by hands or by machine u know use only hot water.otherwise the full dirt wont go away,and the last water you rinse the clothes should be cold water.
