I know the system is "complicated, proprietary, etc", but IN GENERAL, is it the experience of MyLot users that MORE REPLIES TO YOUR TOPICS = MORE $CASH$ EARNED?

I've been looking for a job for MONTHS on hotjobs, careerbuilder, craigslist, etc. It seems like for every 100 resumes I submit, I get 10 replies and MAYBE one interview. I had a friend who used what's called a "Career Coach"....
