sahira If given a chance,then of course i want to be Filipino again..but know what since i am muslim,sometimes it comes in my mind that,what if i was born arab?..Or,i may say,what ever race if born again,so long as the islam religion would be my religion again.

michelledarcy We can get all the nutrients we need to live a healthy life from a vegan diet. Everyone has a right to live a full and happy life in thei world. Humans don't need to eat animals or their products. Why not leave the animals alone?

melody1011 well... keep exercising and eat healthy. Cut carbs from your diet and consume more protien. It will take a lot of will power though. So over all, you need to expend more calories that you take in. Good luck. I hope you reach your goals.
