naty1941 I have had bosses that were suspicious of everything and acted paranoid. I think it is lack of self esteem and that they are unable to do the work as a supervisor and they know it. They have to blame other people for their lack of ability to manage employees...

betchai I guess so. My boss always thinks we do other jobs in the office, and that we are not really working for him. He doesn't trust us. He is so pathetic. Maybe the reason is that he is doing that to other people too.
