When is nagging your kids abusive?

When do you consider that a parent nagging their kids is abusive enough for the kids? what do you think should the kids do when they reach this point? Can a parent be sued for verbal abuse? what are the usual words that evokes...

djbizzel Not sure probably, when the kids are about ready to jump out of their skin or start yelling at you because their annoyed. However at the same time it can be good for them. Eh, it's kind of a double edge sword imo, but good topic non of the less.
