Milk before xray?

Do you think drinking milk before having xray done will help you clear your lungs from scars and spots? or is this just an urban legend? ?

I am having trouble of downloading movies, i always look for mp4 files, because my Mac won't read avi files or any other files of movie except for mp4 files. any suggestion if i need a converter or any other player to download and...

Docmegzter FB timeline is confusing at first... but if you get to know how to manipulate the site, eventually, you'll appreciate it... What's cool about it, is that, you get to browse your previous posts as in way back when you started facebooking .... so far so...
