Are car alarms really needed?

Hi All, Recently i have bought a new car. I am searching for what all accessories are needed for me. I am stuck at one point i.e. Car Alarm. Do you have a car alarm in your car? Does it help in anyways?

dodgey14 if you buy a really expensive car that is worth over 10k why not get it a gd alarm that w if someone touches it it will go off and you know that it is quite safe ok its not impossible to steal but it will keep it away fro the amateur thieves that dont know...

What kind of car do you drive, and how does it handle snow?

I personally drive a '94 Saturn SL1 and it doesn't like snow very much, although it fares much better than my old '92 Oldsmobile Cutlass did (thankfully), but it's still tough driving on the snow, even with snow tires on! Traction...

dodgey14 i live in engand and drive a peugeot 206 without snow tyres and i love driving in thi snow my car is great at turning and braking is not to bad could be little better but love drifting in it and doing dougnuts
