dogdancer i used to use cast iron in all my recipes. nowdays i use a sprinkle of copper and nutmeg. its very flavoursome.

dogdancer just stick to being a good person. whether you practice religion or not doesnt matter. if there IS a big guy up there he/she will see and i'm sure you'll be rewarded. if not then at least you'll have brought some sunshine into peoples lives.
