Do You Eat 5 meals A Day..

I Just Read In A book Than You Are Suppose To Eat 5 meals A day,i was wondering does anybody out there follow by this because i dont i eat at least 3 and some snacks here and there.

dogs61 I drink 8 glasses of water a day, well 4x500mL water bottles and don't worry i use the same bottle throughout the day and just refill it 3x. But I don't go to the wash room any more then when i didn't drink all this water i just take longer in the washroom...

dogs61 I agree with both of you it would benefit everyone if more people would join MyLot and I also hope it blows up into something big, but as big as facebook may be a bit of a reach because a lot of people won't believe you get paid and won't even bother joining...
