Dominique25 Yes it is sad to hear this. Yes I appreciate all that has happened while I was hear. But I have to admit that I will not be here as often. Finances are tight as it is and there will be other sites that I will have to devote my time too.

Dominique25 Yeah we do not want to be a slave to stress. That would cause us to be very unhappy. I'm working on dealing with the things that cause me the most stress one area of my life at a time. That way I will be able to have more joy and happiness in my life.

Dominique25 I'm glad to hear that small and yet beautiful things are able to bring you relief from stress. It's good not to have to spend money in order to have relief from stress. Often times spending more money will add to our stress level.

Dominique25 Yeah we should do things that doesn't make us more stressed, or be around people who can stress us out. That would only aggravate us more. We need that time to reflect on all that is happening and how we would like to handle it.

Dominique25 Relaxing does help a great deal. I know that I appreciate being able to have time to myself when I'm feeling really stressed. It's not always easy for me to get time to myself but when I do have it I enjoy it.

Dominique25 Yeah family can be very helpful as well. We do have to find successful methods of coping with the stress in our life otherwise we will feel overwhelmed by our situation. We can take things one step at a time to get where we want to be.

Dominique25 Stress really is everywhere. It is awesome having good friends who really listen to what we have to say. Sometimes we don't really need someone to offer suggestions but we would just like to have others know how we are feeling and what we are dealing with.
