what is your best diet tip ? here is a couple diet tips I like.. drink lots of water daily.. eat and chew your food slow.. do fun activites for exercize such as bike riding, bowling, skating, walking, ect.. keep your mind sharp...

donnajoy the best diet tip is to have Discipline regarding foods. control your self everytime you starve for a food, eat the right kind of food, if you can lessen your eating time like removing on the list your snack time that will help.... do it slowly until you...
