I am starting yet another little diet trend. I am going to be eating lettuce that comes out of the salad bags. For some strange reason I have been eating lettuce out of the bag like crazy. I am just topping it off with bacon bits...

dubiel The Eat to Live diet is essentially this. The writer believes mixed greens are the perfect food. He says eat as much as you can and you'll lose weight fast. Joe
