dumaguete_runner Taebo is alright - i do the art of Muaythai. I slow run for 1-hour (Honolulu Marathon Clinic) and 30 minutes Muay Aerobics and 30 minutes Muay.

dumaguete_runner Hi, I have not run any marathon yet...the longest is 5-k but i organize fun run for children and children with disabilties. when i see them cross the finish line, it is worth running a marathon for my self..this is my advocacy.
