I finally find out I've always been chasing a fake target, so ridiculous for that I refused invitations of kindness in the name of "busy", ignoring solicitude from friends and family, until sleep has become the only way to rest.

duskiss I think you'd better have a pair of glasses to wear, or the sight might decrease fast as in my experience though it may be uncomfortable at first time you wear them.

duskiss Umm.. I rarely take in caffeine but the way you suggest may to some extend helpful just like counting sheep can bring kind of boring experience on brain. But I rarely open my PC or TV during midnight.

duskiss I did'n always open my laptop when I can't go to sleep, I may more frequently listen to music or take a moderate physical activity or other thing, but this time I get up and do so.
