What Are Your Thoughts On Flu Shots?

I was wondering if anyone has had a flu shot this year I didn't get on in fact I have never had one I am aware of the controversy behind them and some people in my town were leary about getting them because of all the rumors going...

Anneke Davis I've never taken a flu shot and never will. I haven't had the flu in many years.

Winter time and time for colds and such again.....

My grandson is home from school today due to a cold. I got him some orange juice and he is watching cartoons. Don't ya hate it when kids are sick? So I was just thinking(ouch!)and I wonder how my fellow members on Mylot ready...

Anneke Davis I have never taken a flu shot and never will. I supplement vitamin D3 daily and take vitamin C if I feel I'm getting sick. I've not had the flu or any kind of cold in many years.
