jonesk98 Yes, we usually go to our Church they have a Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat. Instead of going door to door members of the Church fill there give candy out of the Trunks. We get SOOOOOOOOOOOO much candy and we never eat it all.

Lackingstyle Was you harmed by your experience or did you have fun? I think their are games such as bop the apple that also help distract from the negtive aspect.

LadyLeasJ I personally do not think there is anything wrong with halloween. Kids love to run door to door and see the other kids dressed up. When mine grow up I will miss this sooo much. I do have a party for the kids and they love that even more. If you had a halloween...

skittlez353 Children don`t understand the meaning of Halloween like adults do. They see everything from a different point of view. Dressing up and trick or treating...it`s all about the best costume and the awesome candy! The next day they forget about. I say let them...

peavey I am a Christian, too. You need to have this settled in your own mind, because the Bible tells us that whatever is not of faith is sin. Read Romans 14:1-6 and pray about it. I hope that helps.
