edigital I have reduced my blood sugar 6.2 (at empty belly )so I guess diabetic not high.

edigital I have no work now but I am walking at morning and evening. Reduced my eating habit with sugar and sweets. Eating vegetables more than past. The problem is cannot sleep well at night but from morning I can sleep a few hours.
