edwardzmmt I train Spirit Combat. It is an eclectic style, often reffered to as British Aikijutsu. Its core techniques are mainly from aikido and jujitsu (Japanese and Brasilian), with a lot of kickboxing. Great art.

How taekwondo is the best martial art

I personally feel Taekwondo is best martial art till date .It is superior than kung-fu and karate because of its wide range of kicks. There are about 80 types of kicks and we all know legs are longest and strongest weapon a man...

edwardzmmt It certainly looks like a highly effective martial art, but there are other martial arts which are pretty effective too and comparing them is difficult.

I watched two men probably in their 40s slug it out on the street today as i was driving to the store ,it was a funny scene as they were hitting at each other as if they were both professional boxers competiting for a title while...

edwardzmmt I have some experience in martial arts, and I'm no weakling, yet I tremble at the thought of getting in a real street fight. They sure can get ugly - especially if you're outnumbered and they're armed.Run away or pack a gun.

whenever we hear a news abt bomb blast or any other attacks & bombings in which ever country be it...ther is always muslims associated with that...examples are the recnt bomb blasts in india, the bomb blast in london and many more...

edwardzmmt Well, the caffeine in chocolate speeds up your metabolism, hence burning more calories, however the fat and sugar will obviously increse the calories.
