edwardzmmt I train Spirit Combat. It is an eclectic style, often reffered to as British Aikijutsu. Its core techniques are mainly from aikido and jujitsu (Japanese and Brasilian), with a lot of kickboxing. Great art.

edwardzmmt It certainly looks like a highly effective martial art, but there are other martial arts which are pretty effective too and comparing them is difficult.

edwardzmmt Oh fight, definitely. Better than get beaten or killed. The killer instinct makes the whole difference - the adrenaline rush which pushes you to fight for survival. That and any skills you might pack. What I meant is better still to run away if possible and...

edwardzmmt I have some experience in martial arts, and I'm no weakling, yet I tremble at the thought of getting in a real street fight. They sure can get ugly - especially if you're outnumbered and they're armed.Run away or pack a gun.

edwardzmmt It was always hard to tell if sloane love Nadia more than Rambaldi, or not. He was always contradicting himself. First, he saves her, then he experiments on her, then he repents and stops, then he kills her, unintentionally of course.
