Are PTC sites worth the upgrade?

I joined NeoBux ALMOST a month ago. I started out thinking it was a pretty good site, but I only get .04 /day and I still have 2 more days before I can refer someone to NeoBux. I just can't see paying the $$$ to upgrade worth it...

electricmole im a standard member in neobux and till now its hard for me to earn. All my earning just goes to renewing and buying refs. guess the only way to sure profit is to get golden with sufficient number of rented referrals as well.
