eliezl i do that too everytime i make a new account. at least these days.. i make sure that my user name, the name i use is something i don't share with someone..i really find it disturbing when we google ourselves and some naughty sites pop up so its really helpful...

so many bad things happening lately...the global warming is one of the sign aside from the never ending chaos and war in some countries...storms, earthquakes have claimed the life of many people...crimes are increasing...the list...

eliezl you have a good point there. it might just be the same as that in y2k..but all the things happening lately..one bad thing after another, it seems like the world is giving us a sign....so many deaths lately..and many problems..majority of them are man made...

it took me many years to finally achieve my desired weight. and what i have achieved now is more than my goal. since i dont want to get too thin and i dont want to go back to my usual weight, maintaining weight is very hard for me...

eliezl agree!! maintaining weight is very difficult LOL...but yes i did continue cutting back my food intake...but i rarely do the workouts and exercise anymore..so i just opt on using my daily activities as a form of exercise like as uve suggested, use the stairs...
