how do you lose weight when you have PCOS? i've tried a lot of things but nothing seems to be working. i've read that its really hard to lose weight if you have this condition. so, what to do?

chingoy the best way to lose weight is try to refrain eating high carbohydrate food...refrain from carbo loading...meaning just more or less just Veggies and Fruits diet...also be mindful with the fruits that have high sugar content...try to google low-GI food... and...

fawcey I have PCOS and at one stage was 96kg I know am 67kg. I walk a lot and use Herbalife and eat smaller meals. I eat a lot of fruit for snacks if you want more info on weightloss with Herbalife send me a message. Fawcey.
