how do you lose weight when you have PCOS? i've tried a lot of things but nothing seems to be working. i've read that its really hard to lose weight if you have this condition. so, what to do?

emimabz PCOS or polycystic ovarian syndrome. A condition affecting females wherein an egg from the ovary is not able to mature due to weight gain, hormonal imbalance, etc. What's a pranayama?

emimabz My doctor prescribed to me metformin because im already a borderline diabetic. I've tried the atkins diet before (i did lose weight on that) but stopped (which led to my rapid weight gain which i suspect caused my PCOS). Im having a hard time dieting now...
