i have photoshop Cs 6 and Cs5 portable vershion.... my operatin system is 32 bit OS . oil paint option and pixel bender plug in is not working.... i need that plug in... what can i do?

ErangaEP Yes... If you download a torrent of adobe photoshop, its free. Inkscape and GIMP is free photo editing softwares.
