Deleting Browsing History

I delete my temporary internet files & my history of webpages visited. I know it says that it keeps them there to help the pages load faster, but is this really the case? I find that if I have them on hand, it can take a while...

euqaj18 yup..its true that cookies contain viruses. Most viruses that detected from your anti-spy ware softwares are come form cookies.
