exbitager2k9 no...its better to doit urself and learning from ur mistakes rather that doing a pattern that trainers often give... and most of the time this trainer only get their training module in the internet.... might as well research by yourself....

exbitager2k9 i like it but i don't love it. when i smoke i feel a sense of relaxation. after a stick, then I realized i just loss another 5 minutes of my precious life. maybe soon ill quit smoking but not now...yet...
