I was thinking that when I can't sleep I watch tv until I get bored they gave me sleeping pills to help me rest but that does not help I guess it's like I am imnue to alot of meds.

expressurnerd i also suffer from insomnia but am too young to be put on sleeping meds, plus i fear dependency. its something that runs in the family for me, my gradnfather suffers from it, and has tried sleeping pills, nothing seems to work well for him either. the only...
