Is being Vegan easy or tough ??

I have been seeing my sister going vegan since 2 years , She has given up all the diary products, but i am not a vegan.I always wonder how one could manage being vegan as 60-70 percent of daily life products consists milk.Myself...

Ezhil malar Any diet or lifestyle change is definitely tough. Hats of the people who have amazing will power to carry on with their aims. I could never do something beyond 2 days!!
