fallie I know. I keep hearing so many people say they lose and gain and lose and gain. I want to keep it off for good. Once I get down to ideal weight, I will have to watch closely so the extra weight doesn't sneak back on!

fallie I think you are right. It's just so tempting to try something that is a quick fix. I guess I'll just keep watching what I eat and limiting my calorie intake and exercising.

fallie Thank you for sharing that. I knew I couldn't be the only one. My sister hates chruch too but goes because she feels guilty when she doesn't. I don't feel guilty at all when I'm sleeping until noon on Sunday.

fallie I agree. My church taught that when I child reached their teens, they were mature enough to be baptized and be responsible for their actions. I felt like I never had any say.

fallie Thank you for letting me know about your experience. The more people I talk to the more I hear that SR didn't really work for a lot of people but XL does. I'm just glad they came out with the generic form of the XL 300 mg. My insurance only goes so far.

fallie I have found mine in my freezer once! I've found my remote control there, too. I must have put them there when I was getting some ice. Now, the freezer is one of the first places I look when I can't find something!
