what is the appropriate exercise to reduce fat in the abdomen.

my stomach is a bit bloated. i've do exercise like sit up and, jogging. but it doesn't show the maximum result. what do you think i must do? and what exercise to maximum reduce the fat?

farid123 wow i always sit up but jogging rarely. i will try to use my hoola hoop and nost sit after eat. thanks.
