Mushroom pizza!

I saw this on Facebook a friend posted it. Instead of bread use a large mushroom, sauce , cheese and toppings. Since i have 1 of those mushrooms i will try this recipe. It looked ao delicious.

Flu can go away

I was ok last night. I drank loads of water ans had very minimal nose running. Woke up thia morning to a full nose, and sore throat again. While cough again. If the throat went away i'd be happy.

6 small meals or 3 big meals?

I would like to lose pounds from my present weight now. As I've been reading over some articles, some says that it's better to eat 6 small meals in a day, some says 3 big meals will be just enough. Or even others says, don't eat...

fast219money I personally think that it is better to eat 3 big meals and one of the important things to doing that, and having it work, is as you said not to eat after 6 P.M. Also another thing that can be a big affect on how much weight you loose is what kind of things...
