what will you do when your husband is snoring?

my husband is snoring and i usually sleep sideways. i also tap him when it's getting louder and louder. it's irritating and i can't sleep.

favor197 Well, My husband snors too and it's so bad sometimes you can't sleep for hours at night. He has used patches before, it helps a little but he does not want to continue using it. He belives I should get used to his sleeping habit.

Have any of you heard of in home walking or aerobic walking? I have been doing in home walking for 5 mos. and I've lost 15 lbs so far. I walk 2 miles in 30 minutes Mon-Friday and take sat and sunday off. Its really easy, you do it...

favor197 Yes, I have not just heard of in-home walking but I have done it too. And it really helps because each time I did it I felt so light and relieved. Moreso, that I lost weight. I like it so much, you dont have to leave your home to work-out if you set your mind...

how old was your mom when you were born?

my mom was around 36 i think. she married at a late age. i'm the youngest of three siblings though my bro's twin died when he was only a month old.

favor197 My mom was 21 years old whem she gave birth to me. She was very young. Maybe she got married early because she was not to spend 40years, she died at age 39.
