fayeeh I don't think that there is a law that says car owners must change their cars every 5 years but instead people of Japan are just fond of latest cars. They always want to ride or to have those latest one because of the new features added.

fayeeh I am a member of different PTC sites and PTR sites. I don't have any luck from PTC because everytime I reached or near to minimum payout, it's either site turns to scam or their TOS changed. 2 out of 20 PTC sites I have joined that have paid me yet....
