How much water do you drink daily and have you noticed any effects? I read somewhere that the daily intake of liquids should be at least 2l, but I rarely manage that much. Do you?

feelinggood I think it's easier to figure out in lbs and ounces, although either one would work. However if you're using KG you would have to convert to the equivalent metric amount. Too hard for me to figure out, sorry, math is not my strong point. LOL!

Did you know that it is best to try to comsume 8 cups of water a day and that even helps to maintain healthier , younger looking skin!!! Do you drink your 8 cups of wtaer a day??
