PRobably many of you think of living as much as possible. But think of all the illness and pain of old-man life...I belive 70-80 years will be more than enough for me.

FenixMods You should ceck out P.O.D. and Thousand Foot Krutch on Youtube.com there awesom christian bands but a little on the hardcore side. Also check out the top rated AMV's for the bands as well. Anime Music Video's for those not in the know.

FenixMods Yeah, your body adjusts to the new cycle pretty easily, so it doesnt really matter what time you sleep. But sunlight causes you to produce a chemical or hormone that wakes you up.

FenixMods yeah, you are right. I forgot about age differences. But I was thinking about teenagers to middle age. But studies show that sleeping too long decreases your life span.
