FenixMods is it painful? has it always been there and bothered you, or is it seasonal and comes and goes. most likely it's just a cold or the flu. worst case senario it's a goiter and you'll have to see a doctor.

FenixMods I think about 6 hours is healthy, anything over will decrease you life span. But it is a theorectical study. Google "sleep life span" You can focus just fine with 6 hours, just go to class in the afternoon or night. I find morning sleepiness dulls my mind.

FenixMods Who says my time on the internet is wasted? I enjoy surfing the web so it's fun and relaxing, cept for the sore back and neck. And yes, I'm as freeminded as they come. Though often people confuse freeminded as gullible and wierd.
