scientifically how many hours of sleep is ok for healthy living??
what about serious students??

It depends on our age.A new born child must sleep 20 hours and decrease as we grow older.Above the age of 25 I think 6 hours of sleep is enough and going to sleep and rising up early is also good for health.

thats right it also depends on ur nature of job!!as some pl have more tention than otthers and due to same thy dont get the right sleep..

yeah, you are right. I forgot about age differences. But I was thinking about teenagers to middle age. But studies show that sleeping too long decreases your life span.

usually at 10;30 PM a person should have at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep

As many as you need.
I go to bed at midnight, get up at six, and then go running, I'm not tired after that! I only start getting tired at about midnight.

i would say between 7 and 8 hrs but for students, that usually is not the average that they actually get.

I take a sleep of at least 7 hours daily coz it is good for my health.I generally get asleep at 1 am .

i sleep at about 12 oclock night. usually have 6 to 8 hours of sleep.

it is not really imp when u sleep but u should make a habit to sleep at the same time everyday
