Do you like black cats?

Many people count black cats as a bad omen & don't dare go near it, but I should tell you that black cats are staying in our house from past two generations (mother & her daughter), but we have not faced any problems or bad omens....

feralfan I have upwards of 20 black cats. I feel they bring me luck. My problem is they all look basically the same, so I have to pick one up to tell who it is. These started out feral, but are now friends. I wouldn't give them up for the world.

How long til kittens are weaned?

My cat had her babies a couple nights ago. They're so cute! I'm sad because I'm gonna have to give most of them away. Anywho, how long does it normally take for kittens to be weaned? I had heard 6 weeks. Is that true?

feralfan And I almst forgot...no cows milk. It will give kittens diarrhea and they will become dehydrated very quickly. Use KRM (kitten replacement milk) if you feel really compelled to feed them milk. Older cats do better tolerating cows milk.
