Are you for or against detoxing?

There are so many advocates of detoxing then some say it is a waste of time and can be dangerous. What do you think? Do you detox regularly, monthly, annually? What differences do you notice? Those for it say it reduces...

fglswh yes, considering this aspect, linux is better, but linux distribution especially for desktop is not very easy to operate, and the software is less than windows.
