who really is sideshow bob?

I didn't watch the episode where bart did something to sideshow bob. What really happened? Why did he threaten to kill bart?

figzer Sideshow Bob framed Krusty for a robbery and Bart exposed Bob and had him sent to jail.

this can be seen on cigarette packs but why isn't the government banning cigarettes? i know one reason: the government wants the tax from cigarettes. any other reasons?

figzer I'm pretty sure Harry's gonna die because of his scar being a possible horcrux. Then Neville will swoop down and kill Voldemort. And Snape's gonna turn out to be a good guy and Dumbledore knew that Snape was gonna kill him so he gave Snape permission to do it,...
