firefly2000 I like games on both , But I like consoles more because there is no drivers ,bugs ,virus's and that kind of thing to worry about.

firefly2000 Stress can play a big part in not getting to sleep , also Caffeine can keep you you awake as well. All in all the body needs to be asleep before midnight and should be a good eight hours and on top of that the room your in should be in total darkness ,because...
