makaira what i usually do is that, i write all the things that need to be done. in a way im always reminded of my duties those keps me going all the time. in a way, i can save time because i can do all the work that is needed.

Yesterday, I finally managed to push myself to the gym, and did 15 minutes on the trainer. Also did a couple of repetitions on the machines. It's so easy to get fat rather than fit. How do you overcome the inertia?

Lauraleigh99 I do workout dvds that I think are fun like tae bo and carmen electra's strip tease video. It makes it easier to get into it and stick with it
