How do you get motivated to exercise?

Yesterday, I finally managed to push myself to the gym, and did 15 minutes on the trainer. Also did a couple of repetitions on the machines. It's so easy to get fat rather than fit. How do you overcome the inertia?

flashnbeyond The best way is just to write it down. Or blog it down. Even if it is on a scrap piece of paper of something. I read about a Japanese system where you actually carry a thick book, and record your ideas using a numbering system, and so on. I believe all great...

Flash ActionScript can be used to create games and animation for the web. It is also not difficult to learn. I'm writing a book on it.

flashnbeyond What you require is no problem for Flash. Actually, you don't need ActionScript for this effect, it can all be done using regular tweening. Let me know. I could create one for you.
